CMOS sensor where to buy

Where can I can find a CMOS sensor (ST, Omnivision, etc)with the lens,
somebody sales the sensor with the lens ?

Somebody might make such a product for you.

I was involved in a project which had a CMOS sensor which was not
supplied with a lens, so a silica glass lens was custom made by MABEGO
(a Swedish company) for it.
