This update corrects a backlight flicker when setting relays and other
output. Thanks to Jim (StJohnz?) for raising the flag and Chris at
Netmedia for fixing it.

Fortunately, incorrect PWM output pin initialization. Chris thought it
looked at first like hardware; he lucked out.
