Can you define "Network Processor"? Wikipedia says this:

So looks like you are searching a general purpose CPU with embedded
ethernet? How fast, do you need integrated memory, floating point, compiler
support, price etc.? Did you search for it at the websites of the companies
cited on the Wikipedia page?

Atmel seems to be targeting some category of that with the AVR32;
their lower cost eval board has two separate ethernet interfaces and
is geared to bridging applications, though it looks good for any
embedded ethernet app that needs some elbow room but not too much
crunching capacity.
