Hello,

Because I am such a slow dumbass Digikey (de.digikey.com) meanwhile
raises the price for the Atmel STK500 from around 64 Euro to around
110 Euro. Does anyone know if/where I can still find an STK500 for
something around 70 instead of 110?

I just looked on their web site right now, and it's 79 dollars, 44
pounds, or 64 euros.  Perhaps they sent you a misprinted catalog or
their database had a temporary glitch?  It looks to me like you can
order it right now at the old price.

Hey, you're right! :) That's interesting, because I even asked digikey
about this hefty increase some days ago. Perhaps now they noticed it
was too much ;-)
