I am seeking an individual willing to instruct me online and by
telephone on OOPIC basics. This is a paid position, remuneration to
be agreed upon but $15 / hour would be a rough starting point.

The position would ideally be a retired person with good
communication skills who is fluent in the OOPIC language and has
broad electronic knowledge. Tutoring would be by telephone (phone
calls at my expense), and payment can be made by any number of
methods.

Interested individuals should be prepared to receive numerous
annoying phone calls from me, many of them brief but requiring
interruptions of your day. A fee structure to remunerate you for
those one minute annoying phone calls can also be agreed upon.

I have no previous OOPIC experience and am finding the starting
learning curve very steep. I have a background in electronics,
extensive experience with interpretive BASIC, some limited experience
in Object Oriented programming (Visual Basic), but ZERO experience
with OOPIC. I also hold an Advanced License in Amateur Radio, and I'm
a friend of Bill W's.

Out of the hat, I would say Dennis. We don't know where he is now, but he's
REALLY a pro at OOPic; in fact he's the moderator and the one who answers
all of our questions here. Another person might be Richard. And if you
