I had the same problem but with the CC1100. Try the not-online distributors like AmericaII. You can also try the reel code instead of the tray code. The MSP430F1232 is in low supply too.
A lot of distributors are showing delivering dates on November this year for these chips. I guess that's when TI will be delivering new productions.
