There is a family of USB two channel digitizers that use your PC for a
display. They come in 200 MHz, 100 MHz, 60 MHz, and 40MHz bandwidths
They are available from a number of sellers on EBay with 'Buy it now'
prices from $250 to about $600. Usually they can be had for less than
the buy it now price.
They are, of course, by a Chinese manufacturer, Hantek. I have the 100
MHz model and am quite satisfied with it. Their 200 MHz model claims
50GHz equivalent sampling.

That means i nid to get a PC digitizer just to get the scope? I just
dun want to get a digitizer just to check whether im on the right
track. Does that means the ADC10 signal which is sent to the PC
through the ez430 USB interface cant be displayed to any software
that can act like a oscilloscope?

I answered the question you originally asked. Maybe you should have
paid more attention to asking for what you really wanted.
I gather from your response that you really want software to display
what is being sent back from your ez430 in oscillograph format. Maybe
someone here has done that. Otherwise I suspect you'll have to roll
your own.
