Under Linux you should try
'ARM7TDMI GNU development tools under Linux' at
http://rod.info/arm.html

You could try winarm. I haven't used it myself so I can't tell you how
well it works.

Hi,
it works. I tried it, but makefiles need some cleaning.
I tried GNUARM also: insight has to be updated (register info is not
working - but after installing update additional cygwin dll has to be
provided), no utils provided (I used unxutils), has problems with
dwarf2 debug parameter and assembler (I posted question about this on
gnuarm forum few days ago, still no answer).
