I want to do data logger system,
using USB on ARM. Data will be sensed by ADC. Using on-chip USB I want
to transfer it on PC. How should i decide type of
transfer(isochronous,bulk etc.) and speed?

Write down (for yourself) the requirements. Than you get an idea what
you need.

Who logs the data ?

What data rate ?

Sorry ?! What do you expect from this statement ?

Go back, sit down, write down all your requirements, if unsure ask your
teacher to be more specific then use google and at the very last come
back here and ask your question.
