Dear All,
Does any of the FAT file system has support for >1 GB card on LPC21XX?

EFSL seems to work correctly for up to 2GB. SDHC cards are only used
above 2GB. EFSL V0.2.9RC7_mt (available from
http://www.siwawi.arubi.uni-kl.de/avr_projects/arm_projects/efsl_arm/index.h
tml)
may support this as well, but I have not personnaly tested it. I plan
to modify the FIFO SSP code so that it supports SDHC when I get some time.

Thanks.
At present using EFSL, but will give a try to this version.
What about above 2 GB? Only SDHC cards?

As far as I know, there were some non-standard methods of going beyond
2GB prior to the SDHC spec. These usually involved increasing the
sector size. EFSL will only support 512 byte sectors, and it would
be extremely difficult to change this.

The 0.2.9RC7_mt version of EFSL looks like it supports SDHC, as long
as you don't use my SSP FIFO extensions. Whether or not the non-FIFO
SDHC support functions I cannot say.

I've successfully used ELM chan TinyFatFs with a 4 GB card on a LPC2148.
The filesystem is unaware of the type of memory used. Any limits w.r.t.
size are probably in your block device driver (i.e. sd(hc) driver).

Kind regards,
Bertrik

Dear Bertrik,

Thanks a lot!
I think the limitation is sector size.
Is LPC23XX or LPC24XX port available?
If no any idea, what changes are required?
