Hi,
I am using ulink and keil dev. for my mc2130 (lpc2138)
board.
My problem is download or programming error while
ulink accessing the board. I did not understand
this.Because when i changed the target device to
lpc2129 the debugger works well. But for real
chip,lpc2138 that is on the board, the debugger
doesnot work anymore.
These erros are:
Memory missmatch at....
Couldn't stop the ARM device.
What is the problem?is there any solution to this?

With the BDI2000, I have to name the device on the JTAG chain so that
the pod knows how long the JTAG chain is. I have individual
descriptions for both the LPC2106 + LPC2138 in the JTAG chain. If I
tried to use the LPC2106 description for the LPC2138, it won't work.
Did you update your config file to name the new processor you are
attempting to have the JTAG unit connect to?

tried to use the LPC2106 description for the LPC2138, it won't work.
Did you update your config file to name the new processor you are

Change programming algorithm to LPC2000 IAP2 512kB FLASH. You can do
this in Options for target->Utilities and then Settings for ULINK arm
debugger. Make sure you have checked "Update target before debugging"
checkbox.

Hi,
I have made all the settings related to your reply but
the real problem i think is not due to the LPC2138
chip.The problem is from keil ulink debugger. I think
it doesn^t know lpc2138,maybe a different algorithm
used for it.
When i changed the target to lpc2129 the board works
very well!, although the chip on the board is
lpc2138.I tried another computers and i am facing with
the same problem!
Development studio: keil v2.42, downloaded from keil
website.the last version...
Any suggestion!
