Hello Guys I am new in this course and I am having hard time to
understand the M68HC11's programming logic I need to find example that
explain me in detail line by line what the program is doing to make me
understand. If there are any webpage who explain me, that it be great.

The best way to get started with any uC is to read the technical
reference manual.
I suggest you get a copy of the Pink Book (Tech. Ref. Man.) and
read it. Then read it again. Then get a copy of the source
for BUFFALO and read that.
