Hi
of course you can use a resistive touch screen simply without any problem
because of its availability and price.but its depend of your device if you
can use one of them or not.
just about the accuracy you should take care Little more than the other
touch screens .
most of the time it has 75 percent precise and it works with a lot of
devices as best as possible
however you can increase this accuracy .
Best regards

Dear Javier

If you want to buy any thing from any site in internet you should consider
something in advance.

for example you should know if the store or shop you're going to buy your
device can support your country or not. and its true about us to know where
you're from exactly to give advice!!
Best regards
