Because someone might miss the other message...If you're using
PonyProg, be aware...it seems to invert the OSC fuse bits on the
mega/tiny series (not entirely sure about the older AT90S series).
The other fuse bits seem to be correct. I had the same problem as
Made Sadwuri and finally had to run one chip off the clock output of
another to be able to reprogram the fuses.

Probably a good idea to read the fuse bits first just to verify that
(just in case they finally fix it in the PonyProg software)
