Iam trying to develop a internet radio receiver , i just want to use arm based microprocessors for acomplishing this task....i am pretty new to the field of arm could any help me in selecting the right development board for my task....and also could anyone tell about the development tools and operating systems to use with the arm ...??

Any perticular strong point for intended application?
Compare to Atmel ARM series.
