the termistor (and ADC) returns a valuea around 500, I think this
means 22-23 Celsius degrees, but a need to know how to convert that
value to Celsius degrees..

hardware is at91sam9261-ek arm 9 evalution kit kernel is linux-2.6.20 and arm-linux-gcc-3.4 i tried in that way also but it is not starting it is showing kern... kernel not starting .............
