EEPROM problem!! - chanojmarian - Feb 11 11:12:00 2004

Hi,
When I am trying to do EEPROM operations with the BDM connected it
works fine. But when I disconnect the BDM and try to read or write
from EEPROM location it is not working.
Also when the BDM is not connected,I am not able to program the EPROT
register to 0xFF thru the 0x3fd location (ie the location which
automatically updates the EEPROM reg on reset).
Rgds,
Manoj

Errata? Nevyziadana :-)? 2L86D works just fine with and without BDM.
You shouldn't have any problems with reads from eeprom. But BDM
software probably initializes EEDIV for you. Did you forget to write correct
value to EEDIV ?
