Writes in 68HC12 - sabdalla80 - Jul 28 22:21:19 2009

Can a weak (short or low voltage) programing write of the bits eventualy lead to the 0 bits drifting back to 1 bits.
I am asking because I do get this case(once in a while) of getting scrambled parameters of "65535" when writing to the EEPROM of 68HC12.... Any ideas? Thanks
